You Need to Regiser to Post

I really do not want to make everybody register to post replies. I think if you want to be anonymous and rip me I can take it. However, because of the fucking SPAM engines out there I cannot allow anonymous replies because they will SPAM the hell out of my site with bullshit that nobody cares to see. So, please, take a few seconds to register if you would like to post here. Thanks, DK.

Why I hate Cops

  • Drug War Police Tactics Endanger Innocent Citizens by Radley Balko of Cato
Here is the raid map of nearly 300 botched SWAT raids.

  • How Police Interrogation Works - Controversy on howstuffworks.com
  • Training Materials Used in Police Academies

I am looking for any training materials that are used in training police cadets in police academies. I am interested in specific curriculums, how those curriculums are developed and who directs the curriculums.

I am interested to find out how pigs across the country seem to have a commonality in the way they treat/interrogate citizens.
From my personal experiences and form talking to many people about the subject I have the following two examples of what I see.

Coming Soon - Survey of the Libertarian Party Presidential Candidates' Positions on Criminal Justice Reform

I Ponder the Last Time I Will Ever Leave the US without Showing EXIT Papers

I just returned form a trip to So Cal and the person I was traveling with wanted to take a look at Tijuana. So we drove to the US side of the border and walked into Mexico.

Currently--and for the last 200 plus years--when you walk out of the US into Mexico, there is no US port of exit. You just leave the US by passing through a gate and then you walk into Mexico. There is no US official at that gate—there are no questions—you simple leave the US. This is a free country and you can walk out at anytime and nobody asks any questions. Sweet freedom.

    Information regarding prescription drug laws

I am looking for information on prescription drug laws for use in an article in the Stupid laws blog. Here is what I am interested in:
  • Are there laws that dictated that prescription drugs must be in the original container they received in from the pharmacy?
  • Are there laws that dictate that a person in possession prescription drugs must have the original paperwork that came with the prescription from the pharmacy?
  • Former Republican state Representative Matt Towery of Georgia: A Simple Mind

This shows just how stupidly shortsighted lawmakers are.

As reported by the Associated Press June 11, 2007:

A judge voided the 10 year jail sentence of Genarlow Wilson. Wilson was convicted in 2005 of aggravated child molestation for having oral sex with a 15-year-old girl. At the time, Wilson was 17 years old.

Even jury members that convicted Wilson denounced the harsh sentence.

I am looking for stats on the criminal justice system

If you know where I can find the following data please post a comment. Thanks.
  • How many Americans have been in jail/prison but are currently released?
  • How many Americans have been arrested at least once in their lives?
  • How many Americans are currently under a monitoring system such as having to wear an ankle bracelet?
  • At any given time, how many pending criminal cases are there in the CJ system?
  • How many lawyers are there in the US that work in the CJ system?
  • I call "Detainees" Prisoners

Detainees are prisoners but the mainstream media never refers to them as prisoners. They never report in terms of: "The prisoners of war being held in Guantanimo Bay. . .." Very nice, now the G can detain anybody and call them a detainee and not answer to the laws of the United States, the Geneva Convention, or any other foreign court. Will suspected drug lords soon be held as detainees?

    The "leader of Iraq"

The leader of Iraq is actually the Iraqi interim Prime Minister (Ayad Allawi) and probably should be qualified as the interim Prime Minister of US-controlled Iraq. It is in the best interest of the US Government to present (Ayad Allawi) as a leader so that the American people believe that the war--police action--is comming to an end and the Iraqi government is instituting policies that are consistent with the needs of the Iraqi people. In fact, the police action is far
