(blăk’ən-hwīt’, -wīt’) adj. Expressing, recognizing, or based on two mutually exclusive sets of ideas or values: black-and-white categories; a black-and-white point of view. In our two party system voting has become more black & white than ever in the past. It is called a two party system because all the power resides with the Democrats and the Republicans. Under this two party system the power of government has been and continues to expand quickly. For over 40 years libertarians have been passing around The World’s Smallest Political Quiz.
